You'll have the opportunity to work with an experienced Service Manager and a skilled technician team at one of the UK’s leading motor retailers. This is your chance to work in a high-performing, supportive environment where your skills will be valued and developed.

• Basic salary between £28,840 and £48,880, based on your experience
• Over-performance bonuses to reward your dedication

Attractive Sign-On Bonuses

• £3,000 bonus in your first month
• £1,000 bonus on your 6-month anniversary

Salary Packages Based on Your Experience:

• Service and Maintenance Technicians: Up to £39,200
• Service and Diagnostic Technicians: Up to £41,500
• Senior Technicians: Up to £44,000
• Master Technicians: Up to £48,800

Your Role as a Vehicle Technician:

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service and repairs to our customers. From basic maintenance to complex repairs, your expertise will ensure first-time fixes and high-quality workmanship, driving customer satisfaction and trust.

What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3)
• Main Dealer Experience 
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
• MOT license (preferred, but not essential)
• Your own tools
• A full UK driving licence

While this role is primarily Monday to Friday, there may be occasional requirements to work on Saturdays to support business needs or special events. Advance notice will be provided, and any Saturday hours will be paid as ovetime
